Ontario's consumer's rights
Goal at the Ministry of Consumer Services is to promote a fair, safe and informed marketplace — one in which your rights as a consumer are fully protected. Your rights under the consumer protection Act are:
1-If you are sent goods you didn’t ask for, you don’t have to accept or pay for them
2-Pre-paid goods or future performance agreements over $50 must have a written agreement
3-
Agreements must be clear and understandable
